A. Identifiers: We collect identifiers such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers. Code § 1798.80(e)):This includes a name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. G. Professional or employment-related information: We collect current or past job history or performance evaluations. (Collected: Yes).

H. Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)): This includes education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records. I. Inferences drawn from other personal information: We may collect profiles reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. (Collected: Yes).

J. COVID-19 related information: We maintain records of temperature screenings and symptoms screenings that are retained beyond the entrance point, which may be linked to a specific person. These records indicate only whether an employee/consumer “passed” or “failed” in order to limit the amount of personal information stored. This information will be used to reduce the risk of COVID-19 in the workplace, to permit contact tracing if necessary, and to provide appropriate notice to any close-contact individuals.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identified or identifiable individual, as defined by applicable law. Depending on how you interact with our Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

4. Employee Mobile App Data Collection

While performing work duties, the app collects:

  • Clock-in/out times and break/meal tracking.

  • Jobsite check-ins and incident reports.

  • Location Data: Collected only while an employee is clocked in at an assigned jobsite. Monitoring ceases immediately upon clock-out and does not track off-duty hours.

  • Privacy Guard: The app does not access personal web history or personal communications.

5. Break and Work Compliance Notifications

The app sends automated notifications to assist employees in complying with labor laws regarding rest and meal periods.

6. Security & Rights

  • Security: We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (SSL encryption, firewalls, DDOS protection).

  • Your Rights: You may have the right to access, update, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and the right to object to certain processing.

Site Visitors

Employee Mobile App Usage

When you are an employee using the All Nation Security Services mobile app to perform your work duties, we automatically collect certain work-related information necessary to manage assignments and ensure operational and client compliance.

Data Collection Points:

  • Location data when you clock in and out at assigned jobsites.

  • Timestamps for work-related reports such as hourly activity reports or incident reports.

  • Records of when you enter or exit a jobsite radius.

Privacy Constraints: All data collection occurs only while you are clocked in and actively performing work duties. The app does not track your location when you are off duty, outside the jobsite radius, or using your device for personal purposes.

Purpose of Use: We use this information solely to manage employee assignments, ensure operational compliance, and maintain accurate payroll records. Specifically, this data allows us to monitor work performance, confirm presence at assigned posts, verify completion of required reports, ensure security, prevent misuse, and support payroll and reimbursement processes, including compensation for approved personal device usage. Clock-in and clock-out times are recorded to the minute, and time is not rounded. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may also be analyzed to improve company workflows, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing employee app data includes our legitimate business interests in managing and improving operations, performing analytics on aggregated data, preventing fraud or misuse, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies. Employee data collected through the app is never used for marketing or advertising purposes. Location monitoring ceases immediately when employees clock out, and all information collected is used solely for company operations and workforce management.


Account Owners

If you are an Account Owner using the Platform or App on behalf of a Customer, we collect certain personal information to provide our services and ensure proper operation of the Platform.

Registration & Communication: During registration, we collect the personal information you provide, including your full name, email address, phone number, and any additional optional information, such as your job title. This information is used to:

  • Provide you with access to the Platform and Apps.

  • Respond to inquiries and requests.

  • Communicate with you regarding your account and the Services.

  • Ensure the security of the Platform.

  • Provide informational newsletters related to the Platform and Services.

The legal basis for processing this information includes performance of a contract with you to provide the requested Services, and our legitimate business interests in protecting the Platform, preventing fraud, and communicating relevant updates.

Device and Usage Data: When you use the Platform or App, we also automatically collect certain information about your device and usage. This may include non-personal information such as device type, operating system, and time zone, as well as personal information such language settings. This data is used to support the Services, allow Customers to review usage and operations in an aggregated, non-identifiable manner, and improve the overall performance and security of the Platform. The legal basis for processing automatically collected data is the performance of a contract with the relevant Customer and our legitimate interests in operating the Platform effectively.

Uploaded Materials: Any materials you upload to the Platform, including images, photos, or documents, are also collected in order to provide the Services to the Customer. The processing of this information is based on performance of the contract with the relevant Customer.

Data Protection: All personal information collected from Account Owners is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services and ensuring secure and effective operation of the Platform. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing purposes outside of the direct communications described above, and we take steps to safeguard the information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Geo-location

  • What Personal Data We Collect: Subject to your consent, when you use the Platform, Apps, and/or Services, we collect your (geo)location.

  • How we use this data: We use this information in order to provide location-based Services through the App.

  • All Nation Security constantly tracks the location of users while clocked in for duty, while you are at the work premises.

  • When using the All Nation Security Services App, we may collect and process information while clocked in for duty, while you are at the work premises.. We use various technologies to determine location including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may for example. Provide All Nation Security Services, Inc. with information on nearby devices, WIFI access points and cell towers. This information is used to determine that you are in fact at your scheduled job site location.

Employee Acknowledgment of Location Services

By installing, accessing, or using the All Nation Security Services mobile application in connection with employment duties, employees acknowledge and consent to the use of location services for legitimate business purposes, including verifying presence at assigned jobsites, managing work assignments, and maintaining accurate operational and payroll records while the employee is clocked in and performing work duties. Location monitoring ceases when the employee clocks out.

Analytics and Usage Information

In addition to operational data, we and our service providers may collect limited statistical and analytical information regarding how the Platform, App, or Website is used. For example, tools such as Google Analytics may collect aggregated and anonymous information about website visits, pages viewed, session duration, and other general usage patterns.

This information is used to improve the performance and reliability of the Platform and Services, better understand usage trends, enhance system functionality, and support operational improvements. The analytics data collected is aggregated and anonymized and is not used to identify individual users. In certain cases, aggregated analytics information may be shared with service providers or business partners for operational and improvement purposes. Legal Disclosure of Personal Data

We may use or disclose personal data when required or permitted by applicable law. This may include disclosures necessary to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, audits, subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful processes.

Security measures include the use of secure servers, firewalls, encryption technologies, antivirus protections, access control policies, and internal security procedures. Access to Personal Data is restricted to authorized personnel who require the information to perform legitimate business functions. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

Our safeguards include the use of secure servers, firewalls, antivirus software, and SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, and we review permissions quarterly and immediately revoke access for terminated employees. We maintain and regularly update privacy and information security policies to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

All new employees are required to sign non-disclosure agreements in accordance with applicable law and industry standards. Our databases are periodically backed up, with encrypted storage to preserve confidentiality and integrity, and backups are regularly tested to ensure availability. Access to backups is limited to authorized personnel only.

  • Backups: Following deletion of your account, your personal data will remain in backup for an additional 180 days.

  • Administrators and Employees: For data of Administrators and Employees for which we act as a processor on behalf of a Customer, retention will be in accordance with the Customer’s instructions. For example, a Customer may choose to archive the data of terminated employees or administrators, in which case such archived data will be retained until the Customer instructs us to delete it.

All Nation Security Services does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of sixteen (16). If you become aware that an individual under sixteen has enrolled without parental permission, please notify us immediately.

    • sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies or if the law requires that the Company retain certain information for safety or for health purposes.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.

  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

  3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

  4. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.

Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.

  7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.

  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

  10. Comply with law requiring that the Company report certain COVID-19 test results and related information for health and for tracking purposes.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by email to HR@AllNationSecurity.com.

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt.

The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
