All Nation Security App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how All Nation Security Services, Inc. (“All Nation Security,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through its mobile application, web-based administration panel, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy and employment laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, applicable state privacy laws in Texas, Nevada, and Florida, and relevant federal employment and labor regulations.

This Policy applies to:

  • Security personnel and employees
  • Client companies and their authorized representatives
  • Authorized users of the Services

1. Scope of the Services

All Nation Security provides a technology platform that includes:

  • A mobile application used by security personnel to:
    • View assigned posts and schedules
    • Clock in and clock out
    • Log breaks and meal periods
    • Submit incident and activity reports
    • Review timesheets and payroll information
    • Request time off, sick pay, and uniforms
    • Access the employee handbook, training materials, and help videos
    • Update personal and employment-related information
  • A web-based administration panel used by All Nation Security and client companies to:
    • Monitor assigned personnel in real time
    • Verify attendance and location compliance
    • Review reports, schedules, and time records
    • Communicate with assigned security personnel

This Privacy Policy applies only to information processed through these Services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to operate the Services, manage workforce operations, and comply with legal obligations.

2.1 Personal and Employment Information

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Job title or role
  • Company or client assignment
  • Employment-related identifiers
  • Login credentials (stored in encrypted or hashed form)

2.2 Location and Geolocation Data

  • Real-time or periodic GPS location data while the employee is clocked in or actively using the app for work purposes
  • Assigned worksite location and geofencing data

Important Notice: Location tracking is strictly limited to verifying attendance, timekeeping accuracy, and on-site presence during scheduled work hours. The Company does not track employees during off-duty hours.

2.3 Timekeeping and Work Activity Data

  • Clock-in and clock-out times
  • Break and meal period logs
  • Shift duration and attendance history
  • Assigned posts, schedules, and changes

2.4 Reports and Operational Records

  • Incident reports
  • Hourly activity logs
  • Notes, descriptions, photos, or attachments voluntarily submitted by personnel

2.5 Communications

  • Messages sent to security personnel by All Nation Security or client companies through the platform
  • System notifications and administrative messages

2.6 Device and Technical Information

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system and application version
  • IP address
  • Log files, error reports, and diagnostic data

This information is used for system security, troubleshooting, auditing, and improvement.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Operating and maintaining the Services
  • Managing workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy
  • Verifying on-site attendance and compliance with post assignments
  • Facilitating incident reporting and documentation
  • Allowing client companies to monitor assigned personnel
  • Providing training materials, policies, and employee resources
  • Responding to support requests and payroll discrepancies
  • Improving functionality, performance, and security of the Services
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, misuse, or security incidents
  • Complying with applicable laws, labor regulations, and contractual obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where required by law, All Nation Security processes personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of an employment or service contract
  • Legitimate business interests related to security operations and workforce management
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Employee consent, where required by applicable law

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

All Nation Security does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information only as follows:

  • Client Companies: Information may be shared with the client company that employs or contracts the assigned security personnel, solely for operational and compliance purposes.
  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors that provide hosting, cloud storage, analytics, payroll integration, customer support, or technical services, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal and Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
  • Safety and Rights Protection: To protect the rights, property, safety, or security of All Nation Security, our clients, employees, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Policy
  • Meet employment, payroll, tax, and recordkeeping requirements
  • Comply with contractual obligations and applicable laws

Retention periods vary based on data type, jurisdiction, and client agreements. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot ensure absolute security of information.

Depending on the user’s state of residence, individuals may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and employment recordkeeping requirements

Requests may be submitted through the app, through the employee’s client company, or directly to All Nation Security using the contact information below. Verification of identity may be required.

9. Employee Monitoring and Transparency

The Services include workforce monitoring features such as timekeeping verification, geofencing, and activity reporting. These features are implemented solely for legitimate business, security, and compliance purposes and are limited to work-related activities.

Employees are informed of these practices through this Privacy Policy, the employee handbook, and in-app disclosures.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When data is transferred, we implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. Updates will be posted within the Services or otherwise communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
